Job Position: ServiceNow Developer – ITSM + FSO

Work Location: Noida / Pune / Hyderabad.

Experience: 5 to 12+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
- Work on ITSM modules and FSO business processes.
- Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Develop solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.
- Follow ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM and FSO (Financial Services Operations).
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide Record, scripting, Flow Designer/workflows.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
- Positive understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and configuration.
- Banking / Insurance / Financial Services domain experience is preferred.
