Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in

ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules, along with hands-on experience in ServiceNow AI capabilities including AI Ops, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence,

and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will design, develop, customize, and optimize

ServiceNow solutions while leveraging AI-powered automation to improve IT operations and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Implement and support ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.

Develop scalable solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Script

Includes.

Build custom applications using App Engine Studio.

Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions,

Script Includes, ACLs, and Notifications.

Develop Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Order Guides, Catalog Client

Scripts, and Workflows.

Configure CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and

Operational Intelligence.

Implement Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset

Management (HAM).

Configure integrations with Azure, AWS, Active Directory, SCCM/MECM, Intune,

VMware, and third-party monitoring tools.

Develop REST and SOAP integrations with external systems.

Participate in code reviews and maintain development standards.

Support platform upgrades and manage update sets.

AI & Automation Responsibilities

ServiceNow AI Ops

Configure Event Management and Operational Intelligence.

Implement Alert Correlation.

Configure Root Cause Analysis.

Reduce alert noise using AI-powered correlation.





Configure anomaly detection and predictive event analytics.

Now Assist

Implement Now Assist for ITSM.

Configure AI-generated incident summaries.

Enable AI-assisted knowledge generation.

Configure AI-powered case resolution.

Enable AI-assisted virtual agents.

Agentic AI

Design AI-powered autonomous workflows.

Develop AI Agents capable of executing multi-step tasks.

Configure AI orchestration using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

Build AI-enabled employee self-service automation.

Integrate external LLMs where applicable.

Configure AI governance and approval workflows.
