Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Support and troubleshoot Infios, HighJump, or Körber WMS applications. - Handle WMS modules such as Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, ASN, PO, and Cycle Counting. - Support RF scanners, WMS integrations, and automation interfaces. - Perform API troubleshooting, monitoring, and issue resolution. - Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance. - Use AI tools for log analysis, anomaly detection, and issue pattern identification. - Create SOPs, PRBs, and knowledge transfer documents. - Collaborate with business, operations, and development teams.

Must-Have Skills:

- Hands-on experience in Infios WMS or HighJump/Körber WMS. - Strong understanding of warehouse operations and RF workflows. - API troubleshooting (REST/SOAP).



- SQL Server and performance tuning. - WMS support, development, and production issue resolution. - Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Valuable to Have

- Körber WMS architecture knowledge. - Warehouse automation exposure. - Azure DevOps / CI-CD experience. - Agile/Scrum working experience.

Role Focus: WMS Support, Troubleshooting, SQL Performance Tuning, API Support, RF Device Support, and AI-driven operational improvements.
