"Aseptic Filling :

- To plan daily Manufacturing activity per norms of cGMP.
- To supervise Vial decartoning, Vial washing, Vial Sterilization, Vial filling and packing activity as per requirement in Cephalosporin block.
- To check cleaning before start operation and carry out in process checks during manufacturing activities.
- To arrange Raw material as per shift plan and planning for next shift material to make easy to perform manufacturing operation.
- To maintain document (BMR) as per cGMP and also filled and maintain the daily, weekly, monthly record as per cGMP requirement and confirm in SAP.
- To coordinate with RM stores Raw materials procurement in time.
- To carry out proper line clearance procedure and follow SOPs • To ensure discipline from workers and get systematic work to improve quality.
- To Comply cGMP and other regulatory requirement during manufacturing process.
- To ensure daily monitoring of manufacturing activity.
- To Follow Quality guideline and train workmen accordingly.
- To compliance of cGMP and Regulatory requirements.
- Reporting to Shift In charge for routine activities and special assignment given by seniors"
