Role : Technical Consultant (3-6 Yrs) - DC & Einstein Senior Developer - SFDC AI

Responsibilities :

- Proficient in creating and coding sitemaps to track and capture customer interactions/events.
- Robust understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for personalizing content.
- Experienced in setting up and managing product catalogs for use in personalized web campaigns.
- Experience in creating custom attribute for the Users and in catalogs.
- Solid experience with Einstein recipes and decisioning for personalization use cases.
- Skilled in segmenting audiences using data-driven criteria, ensuring that personalization campaigns are delivered to the right customer groups based on behavior, preferences, and past interactions.
- Expertise in building and applying decisioning strategies to determine which content, offers, or experiences should be presented to customers based on real-time data.
- Proven ability to create personalized web campaigns and templates using the Marketing Cloud.
