We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join our team and work on enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.

Position: Senior Specialist – Software Engineering

Role: Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

Experience: 7–11 Years

Location: Pan India / Bangalore

Employment Type: Permanent

Compensation: Up to ₹1.75 LPM

Role Overview The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development, with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, Salesforce Flow, and scalable Salesforce architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Develop scalable applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow, and Asynchronous Apex.
- Work on Service Cloud capabilities including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, Milestones, Knowledge, Email-to-Case, and Web-to-Case.
- Develop case assignment and routing solutions based on business requirements.
- Build reusable Lightning components and effective agent/user experiences using LWC.
- Design and implement secure integrations using REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
- Implement automation using Salesforce Flow, Apex, configuration,



and integration services.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and compliance with Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
- Contribute to CI/CD, Git, automated testing, source control, release management, and Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Establish monitoring and observability for integrations, automation, and critical workflows.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
- 7–11 years of relevant Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Excellent knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and Asynchronous Apex.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, sharing, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, performance optimization, governor limits, and Salesforce design patterns.
