Roles and Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain production-quality C++ applications.

· Develop scalable and maintainable software using Modern C++ (C++17/C++20).New feature design, development, and enhancement

· Design software architecture and technical solutions for complex systems.Hardware integration and API integration

· Optimize application performance, memory usage, and CPU utilization.

· Develop multithreaded and concurrent applications.

· Integrate cameras, sensors, industrial devices, and communication protocols.

· Debug complex software issues using GDB, Valgrind, sanitizers, and profiling tools.

· Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

· Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.

· Collaborate with AI/ML, Embedded, Electronics, QA, and Product teams.

· Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance.





· Ensure software reliability for continuous 24×7 industrial operation.

Required Technical Skills

· Programming: Strong expertise in C++ (C++14/17/20), OOP, STL, Templates, RAII, Smart Pointers, Move Semantics, and Exception Handling.

· Operating Systems: Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu), POSIX APIs, Process Management, Signals, Shared Memory, IPC, and Socket Programming.

· Multithreading: Experience with std::thread, Mutexes, Condition Variables, Atomics, Thread Pools, and Synchronization. Knowledge of Lock-free Programming is preferred.

· Software Design: Understanding of SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, Modular Architecture, UML, and API Design.

· Debugging & Performance: Hands-on experience with GDB, Valgrind, AddressSanitizer, ThreadSanitizer, Perf, Profiling, and Memory Leak Analysis.

· Version Control: Git and GitLab.

· Build Systems: CMake, Make, GCC, and Clang.

Requirements of a successful candidate

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or a related field.

● Minimum 3 years of experience in C++ software development, preferably in industrial automation, robotics, or real-time systems.

● Strong expertise in Modern C++ (C++14/17/20), OOP, STL, multithreading, Linux/POSIX, and system programming.

● Hands-on experience in software architecture, hardware/API integration, debugging, and performance optimization.

● Proficiency in Git, CMake, GCC/Clang, with knowledge of Qt, OpenCV, AI/ML, CUDA, or industrial protocols as an advantage.

● Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, with the ability to deliver reliable 24×7 production software.
