Role Description The Senior Search Engine Optimization Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves developing and executing advanced SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and off-page initiatives such as link-building and outreach. The analyst will monitor and report on organic performance, analyze competitor activity, and use analytics tools to provide actionable insights that improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across websites, landing pages, and campaigns.



The role also includes staying current with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO tools to continuously refine strategy.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, and link-building.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in website performance analysis, ranking tracking, and reporting using data-driven methods.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS basics, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) for implementing SEO recommendations.
- Ability to collaborate with content and marketing teams to optimize content and ensure alignment with SEO goals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead SEO role, preferably in a digital or brand management environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing concepts that complement organic search strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Mumbai and contribute effectively in a collaborative team setting.
