Key Responsibilities

Architect and build multi-agent AI systems for enterprise automation (workflow orchestration, decisioning, grading/evaluation systems, etc.)

Design and maintain RAG pipelines for document/policy/regulatory search using vector databases and LLMs

Build Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) pipelines — OCR, entity extraction, classification — for claims, KYC, or compliance documents

Integrate LLM providers (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) into production applications

Develop and deploy agent frameworks using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar

Build ML/DL models for anomaly detection, classification, fraud detection, and predictive analytics

Implement AI safety,



logging, monitoring, and validation mechanisms for enterprise-grade systems

Own end-to-end delivery: data ingestion, model training/fine-tuning, API deployment, and observability

Required Technical Skills

Languages/Frameworks: Python (Pandas, NumPy, asyncio), FastAPI/Django REST/Flask

GenAI/Agentic: LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, prompt engineering, function-calling, hallucination reduction

Vector DBs: Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, pgvector

ML/DL: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn; CNNs, NLP, transformer architectures

Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD

Data Engineering: Spark, SQLAlchemy, ETL/ELT pipeline design at scale (100M+ records)

Monitoring: CloudWatch or equivalent, distributed tracing, RBAC/security design

Nice to Have

Experience with insurance/claims/underwriting or healthcare-regulated data

Bedrock Knowledge Bases or Azure AI Foundry experience

Automated testing discipline (PyTest, 85%+ coverage)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
