? About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Golang Developer with 6+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Golang, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang
- Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA, product managers)




- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues
- Ensure system security, performance, and reliability

? Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of overall backend development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Golang (Go)
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Proficiency in REST APIs and API integrations
- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (experience working with international clients preferred)

- Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Knowledge of system design & distributed systems
- Exposure to monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Experience with high-traffic applications
