Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and work on multiple business-critical web applications.

This is a hands-on technical role with approximately 70% software development and 30% application support/technical ownership. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building up-to-date web applications while also troubleshooting production issues, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving application improvements.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy modern web applications and REST APIs
- Build responsive front-end applications using Angular and/or React
- Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and Python
- Design and optimize relational databases, SQL queries, stored procedures, and integrations
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Support application releases, upgrades, maintenance, and patching
- Monitor application health, performance, and availability
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritize enhancements
- Participate in architecture and application modernization initiatives
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers




- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Maintain technical documentation and support procedures

? Required Skills

✅ 8+ years of software development experience

Frontend:

- Angular and/or React
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- HTML5 / CSS3

Backend:

- Node.js
- Python
- RESTful APIs

Database:

- SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent
- Data modelling
- SQL query optimization
- Performance tuning

Additional:

- Git / source control
- CI/CD
- Production application support
- Troubleshooting and RCA
- Authentication & Authorization

We’re looking for someone who can develop, troubleshoot, and own applications end-to-end — from design and development through production support.

Candidates with a combination of Full Stack Development + Application Support + Technical Leadership experience will be highly preferred.
