We are looking for a Senior Accountant / Team Lead to manage a team of accountants and own financial reporting for our client portfolio across industries. If you're strong on MIS reporting, comfortable leading a team, and enjoy being a client's go-to person on financial matters, we'd love to talk. What you'll own: ? MIS & Financial Reporting - Prepare and finalize MIS reports (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow) for clients across industries

- Drive month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations, and performance analysis
- Review variance analysis, cash flow forecasts, and key financial metrics for clients ? Client Management - Be the primary point of contact for clients on financial matters
- Provide strategic financial insights to help clients optimize performance
- Partner with client teams to tailor accounting services to their needs ? Team Leadership - Manage, mentor,



and develop a team of accountants and analysts
- Allocate resources across multiple clients and deadlines
- Run performance reviews and build a cooperative team culture ⚙️ Systems & Process - Oversee financial software implementation (Tally, Zoho, etc.)
- Identify process improvements to boost accuracy and efficiency What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's in Accounting; CA-Inter qualified or higher
- 2–4 years in accounting/financial management
- Strong grasp of accounting, direct & indirect tax, and compliance
- Hands-on with financial software (Tally, Zoho, or similar)
- Strong leadership, communication, and multi-client management skills ? Location: Chennai (On-site) - ? Compensation: Negotiable based on experience
