Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Lead Integration Specialist / Architect with 10 to 15 years of experience to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on expertise in Dell Boomi as the core iPaaS middleware, connecting cloud platforms across Salesforce ecosystems and Microsoft Azure cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, design, and deliver end-to-end integration workflows connecting Salesforce (Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud) with enterprise backends and Azure services.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Dell Boomi: build complex processes, custom connectors, robust error-handling/retry frameworks, and API management.
- Implement cloud integration architectures on Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid).
- Define data mappings, transformation rules, and API contracts (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) ensuring secure, high-throughput, and fault-tolerant data exchange.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, functional Salesforce consultants, and DevOps teams to ensure CI/CD automation, logging,



and monitoring across integration pipelines.
- Lead and mentor junior integration engineers and conduct code/architecture reviews.

Required Technical Skills

- Dell Boomi (Strong/Mandatory): 6+ years of core experience in Boomi Process Building, Atom/Molecule setup, API Management, EDI/B2B (preferred), and Boomi runtime architecture.
- Salesforce Integration: Deep hands-on experience integrating with Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API, Composite API, Change Data Capture (CDC), and Platform Events.
- Microsoft Azure: Robust working knowledge of Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Service Bus, Event Hubs/Event Grid, Azure Functions).
- Architecture & Protocols: Proficient in SOA, microservices, OAuth 2.0, SAML, Webhooks, JSON, XML/XSLT.
- Database & Messaging: Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and enterprise messaging/queueing systems.

Qualifications & Certifications (Preferred)

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Dell Boomi Certified Professional / Associate Developer / Architect.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Developer Associate.
- Salesforce Certified Integration Architect or Platform Developer.
