GDS Operations Executive

Salary: As per Market Standards and Performance

Role & Responsibilities:

- Handling Travel & Holiday Package enquiries
- Airline Reservations, Ticketing, Reissuance & Cancellations
- Booking Amendments & Fare Inquiries
- Operational Coordination with Airlines and Internal Teams on Schedule Changes and Disruptions
- Customer Support for Traveler Queries and Special Requests
- Handling GDS related Travel Operations
- Flight Monitoring & Handling Operational Irregularities
- Identifying Upsell/Cross selling Opportunities
- Maintaining Records and Ensuring Compliance with Company Policies and Performance Metrics

Requirements:

- Graduation in Tourism or Travel Management (mandatory)




- GDS Practical Experience Mandatory (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo)
- For Senior Candidates, IATA Certification Mandatory
- 3 to 5 Years of Experience in Airline Operations, Ticketing, or GDS based Roles
- Good Communication & Customer Handling Skills Basic knowledge of Domestic/International Travel Fresher/Experienced candidates with relevant package knowledge can apply
- Expereince of Tourism & Travel Packages Understanding of tour itineraries, hotels & transportation.
