We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our team at Ethecs Holidays.

Responsibilities:

- Handle B2C and B2B travel inquiries.

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.

- Prepare quotations and customized itineraries.

- Handle domestic and international tour packages.

- Coordinate flight, hotel, transfer and tour bookings.

- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.

- Maintain good relationships with clients.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

- Provide excellent customer service before and after booking.

Preferred candidate profile

- 25 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.

- Experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar travel-sales role.

- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel.

- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.

- Experience handling B2C and/or B2B clients.

- Knowledge of tour packages, hotels and flight bookings will be preferred.
