About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager - Email to manage email platform initiatives, data-focused product requirements, and integrations for a global digital healthcare platform.

The role will work closely with Marketing, Engineering, QA, PMO, Production, and Business Intelligence teams to define requirements, improve email processes, and support integrations across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead requirement-gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholder teams.
- Create and maintain BRDs, data dictionaries, user flows, data flows, and other product documentation.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Coordinate with PMO and technical teams on affiliate/system integrations.
- Define product solutions for managing email statuses, data flows, and integrations across multiple systems.
- Work closely with engineering, QA, marketing, and BI teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical/product requirements.
- Manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives from requirements through implementation.
- Contribute new ideas based on market trends, business needs,



and data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related technical role.
- 3 years of experience in a data-focused role such as Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar.
- Solid understanding of email platforms, email marketing technologies, and email production processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of data flows, integrations, and API-based or file-based data exchange.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) migrations.
- Experience integrating SFMC or email platforms with other systems using APIs, imports/exports.
- Prior experience in Product Management for SaaS, software, web applications, or digital platforms.
- Experience working within a digital marketing or email marketing team.
- Curious, creative, and data-driven approach to product development.

Ideal Candidate:

- Candidates with a combination of Technical Product Management Email Marketing SFMC Data/Integration experience will be strongly preferred.
