Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help us attract and hire the right talent for our organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements from different departments and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with the respective hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and offer letter processes.




- Maintain a strong database and pipeline of potential candidates for critical positions.
- Work on improving recruitment strategies and reducing hiring turnaround time.
- Build a strong employer brand to attract quality talent.

- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good knowledge of job portals, especially Naukri and LinkedIn.
