Experience: 4-6 Years

Salary: Rs. 35,000 - Rs. 40,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage and oversee residential construction projects. The ideal candidate should have solid site execution knowledge and ability to handle day-to-day site operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for residential projects
- Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Architect, Structural Consultant, and MEP teams
- Monitor work progress, prepare daily/weekly progress reports
- Manage contractors, labors, and subcontractors at site
- Ensure material procurement planning, quality checking, and optimum utilization
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations at site
- Handle site measurements, billing, and documentation




- Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure timely project completion
- Conduct quality checks for civil works, finishing, and waterproofing

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E / http://B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 4-6 years of proven experience in Residential Building Projects (Apartments / Villas / High-rise)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing works
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is an added advantage
- Must be currently available in Chennai and able to join immediately
