Key Roles & Responsibilities

n

Develop and execute business strategies for European markets to drive sales, revenue, profitability and market share.

n

Identify, appoint and manage distributors and dealers across Europe, building strong channel relationships.

n

Manage Europe P&L;, pricing, commercial negotiations, budgeting and profitability.

n

Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion and recent market development.

n

Prepare annual business plans, sales forecasts and growth strategies.

n

Work closely with R&D; and Product Management to develop products aligned with European market requirements.

n

Support product launches, exhibitions and marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.

n





Ensure strong after-sales service, warranty support and customer satisfaction.

n

Ensure compliance with European regulations, certifications and homologation requirements.

n

Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements and provide strategic insights.

n

Collaborate with Sales, R&D;, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing, Service, Quality and Legal teams to drive business growth.

n

Ideal Profile

n

10+ years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales / Business Development

n

Strong European market exposure

n

Experience in Distributor & Dealer Network Management

n

Experience in P&L; and business development

n

Exposure to European regulations and homologation is an advantage

n

Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (50–70%)
