Can you turn digital marketing into a measurable growth engine?

Viceroy Properties is looking for a Senior Manager Digital Marketing to own and scale digital growth across our brand and projects.

This is a high-ownership, commercially focused role for someone who understands the complete digital funnel, from audience strategy, media and content to lead generation, CRM, site visits, bookings and ROI.

As a Senior Manager Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for-

1. Digital Growth Strategy & Performance Leadership

- Own the end-to-end digital growth strategy across Viceroys brand and projects.
- Lead performance marketing across Google, Meta, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Own media investments with accountability for CPL, CAC, conversion and ROAS.
- Build a strong test-and-learn culture across audiences, creatives, channels and campaigns.

2. Demand Generation & Revenue Conversion

- Build scalable strategies that generate high-quality demand, not just lead volumes.
- Own and optimise the funnel: Click Lead Qualified Lead Site Visit Booking.
- Partner with Sales & CRM to improve lead quality, conversion and revenue contribution.
- Build audience segmentation, remarketing and nurture strategies that move customers through the funnel.

3. Customer Journey, Data & Growth Intelligence

- Own the digital customer journey across websites, landing pages and key digital touchpoints.
- Build a strong measurement ecosystem across GA4, GTM, CRM, attribution and conversion tracking.
- Connect media investment leads site visits bookings revenue through transparent dashboards and insights.
- Drive SEO, CRO and continuous optimisation of digital experiences.
- Turn data into actionable insights that influence marketing and business decisions.

4. Digital Innovation & Future Growth

- Identify new opportunities across AI, automation, martech, emerging platforms and changing consumer behaviour.




- Partner with Brand & Creative to develop content that delivers both brand impact and performance.
- Drive continuous experimentation to find new audiences, channels and growth opportunities.
- Challenge existing approaches and bring a strong point of view on what Viceroy should do next digitally.

5. Leadership & Strategic Business Partnership

- Partner closely with Senior Management, Sales, CRM and Brand on business and project priorities.
- Lead internal teams and external media, SEO, creative and technology partners with clear accountability.
- Translate business and sales priorities into effective digital growth strategies.
- Bring together commercial thinking, customer understanding and digital expertise to influence business outcomes.

Who We’re Looking For

- 8+ years in Digital/Performance Marketing, ideally across Real Estate and/or Luxury.
- Proven track record of managing significant media investments and delivering measurable growth.
- Deep understanding of Google & Meta Ads, analytics, attribution, SEO, CRM funnels and conversion optimisation.
- Strong combination of commercial thinking, analytical depth and creative instinct.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strategic yet hands-on, able to set direction while getting into the details when it matters.
- High ownership, ambition, curiosity and pace.
