Role Description The Business Leaders – Insurance and Banking Risk Practice role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the individual will lead and grow the risk practice for insurance and banking, aligning business strategies with client needs and market opportunities. Daily activities include analyzing risk trends, developing business plans, overseeing client engagements, and collaborating with internal teams to design AI-driven risk solutions. The role involves meeting with clients, understanding their risk management challenges, and translating them into actionable solutions and service offerings. The individual will also be responsible for guiding junior team members, ensuring high-quality delivery, and contributing to thought leadership in the insurance and banking risk domain.
Qualifications
7-13 years of Robust Insurance and Banking Risk Practice, Analytical Skills to assess risk, interpret complex data, Technical demo pitching and support evidence-based decision-making.




Business & Risk Planning and Business acumen to develop strategies, manage practice growth, and align offerings with market needs. Insurance and banking risk practice is must.
Excellent Communication abilities to present insights, influence stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Customer Service orientation to build trusted relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
Experience in insurance and/or banking risk management, consulting, or related fields.
Proven track record in leading teams or initiatives in a business or risk-focused environment.
Comfort working with data-driven and technology-enabled solutions; familiarity with AI or analytics platforms is an asset.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
