Role Description This is a full time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Noida. The specialist will manage and grow Go4Explore’s presence across social media platforms by planning and executing content calendars, campaigns, and community engagement initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and publishing posts, reels,



and stories; monitoring platform performance; responding to comments and messages; and collaborating with the creative and operations teams to promote trips, treks, and meetups. The role involves analyzing social media metrics, optimizing campaigns for reach and conversion, and staying updated with travel trends and platform best practices. The specialist will contribute to brand storytelling, customer acquisition, and nurturing an active travel community.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing, including platform management, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, such as writing captions, creating visual concepts, and planning content calendars.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting, branding, and basic funnel strategies.
