Influencer Marketing Executive

? Work Mode: Full-time, On-site
? Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
About the Role
We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who can manage influencer campaigns end-to-end and build robust creator relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish
Scout and onboard relevant influencers/creators for campaigns
Coordinate with creators for briefs, content approvals and deliverables
Manage campaign timelines and ensure timely execution
Negotiate rates and coordinate with creators for collaborations
Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
Maintain strong relationships with influencers and talent
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing
Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of Instagram and the creator ecosystem
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
