Role Description The Senior Beauty Advisor is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for guiding customers through a personalized beauty and self-care experience aligned with Kimirica’s brand values. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable skincare, bath and body, and fragrance products using in-depth product and ingredient knowledge.

The Senior Beauty

Advisor will provide demonstrations, explain product benefits, and offer tailored routines while maintaining store standards, merchandising displays, and stock levels. The role includes driving retail sales, meeting targets,



handling billing and returns, and ensuring a positive, inclusive customer experience.

Advisor will also support training junior staff, sharing product knowledge, and staying updated on beauty and wellness trends.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to assess customer concerns and suggest appropriate routines.
- Comprehensive product knowledge, including ingredients, benefits, and usage, especially for vegan, cruelty-free, and wellness-focused brands.
- Proven customer service skills, with a focus on creating welcoming, inclusive, and personalized experiences for diverse customers.
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, or luxury lifestyle, with the ability to meet or exceed store targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain products clearly and build long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, including weekends and retail peak hours, with a high level of reliability and professionalism.
- Prior experience as a beauty advisor or in a similar customer-facing role in beauty, wellness, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of inventory handling, POS systems, and visual merchandising is beneficial.
