Responsibilities :

- Independently manage end-to-end execution of assigned projects, from concept through completion.
- Develop and detail design solutions in line with the client brief, project scope, and site conditions.
- Lead design development across concept, schematic, design development, and construction documentation stages.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other external consultants and contractors to ensure design intent is carried through to execution.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level architects, project architects, and visualization staff on the team.
- Own day-to-day client and site coordination, managing communication and expectations through the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all drawings, specifications, and documentation meet firm quality standards and statutory/regulatory compliance.




- Track project timelines and budgets, proactively flagging risks or delays to project leadership.
- End-to-end ownership of a sub-team or a major project, including delivery, quality, and team supervision, without direct responsibility for business finances.

Requirements

- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch. / M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 10–12 years of post-qualification experience in architectural design, with a track record of running projects independently.
- Experience across residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, or institutional project typologies preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, with prior experience managing junior architects or a project sub-team.
- Strong working knowledge of design development, construction detailing, and coordination with allied consultants.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM; familiarity with SketchUp or other 3D/visualization tools is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of the National Building Code and other applicable regulatory and accessibility standards.
- Strong client-facing communication skills.
