Job Summary

Gaurav Builders is looking for an experienced Revenue Advocate to handle land, property, and revenue-related legal matters for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Handle revenue and land-related legal matters.
Manage cases and proceedings before Tehsil, Patwari, SDM, Collector, and other revenue authorities.
Handle matters related to mutation, diversion, demarcation, partition, land records, and ownership.
Conduct legal scrutiny and verification of land and property documents.
Provide legal opinions on land acquisition, property transactions, and development projects.
Handle land disputes, objections, notices, and revenue proceedings.




Coordinate with government and revenue authorities for land-related matters.
Ensure proper compliance with applicable revenue and land laws.

Eligibility & Experience
LL.B. degree with valid Bar Council enrollment.
Practical experience in Revenue and Land Laws.
Solid knowledge of Chhattisgarh revenue procedures and land records.
Experience in handling matters before Tehsil, SDM, Collectorate, and other revenue offices.
Experience with a real estate/builder organization will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
