Key Responsibilities

- Handle and counsel prospective students regarding UG, PG, online, and professional programs.

- Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and requirements to recommend suitable courses.

- Manage leads from enquiry to successful admission through consistent follow-ups.

- Achieve and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets.

- Handle sales objections and effectively communicate course value, fees, eligibility, and career prospects.

- Maintain regular communication with students through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and conversion records in CRM.

- Coordinate with backend and university teams for documentation and admission closure.

- Track personal performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.

- Assist junior counsellors with difficult cases and share effective counselling practices.

- Ensure a smooth and professional student experience throughout the admission process.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
