Roles and Responsibilities :
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication among team members.
- Collaborate with product owners to define project requirements and prioritize tasks.
- Utilize tools like Confluence, Jira, and Kanban boards to track progress and manage workflow.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize the Scrum process.
Job Requirements :
- 6-9 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred but not required.
- Robust understanding of agile methodology and ability to apply it in real-world scenarios.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Confluence, Jira, Kanban boards.
- Insurance domain experienced is preferred
