Roles and Responsibilities :
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
- Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings and one-on-one discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress using tools like Jira or similar Agile management software.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or equivalent experience working in an agile environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and practices (Scrum framework).
- Proficiency in tools like ADO.js or similar Agile management software.
- Experience working with JIRA or other issue tracking systems.
