Qualification | Graduate Experience (in years) | 8 | We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality products and solutions.

The Scrum

Master will serve as a servant leader and Agile coach, ensuring Scrum principles and practices are effectively implemented while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability Key Responsibilities Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions. Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement. Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives.

Remove impediments and proactively address risks that impact team productivity and delivery. Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and Agile metrics to drive performance improvements. Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

Support release planning and dependency management across multiple teams. Promote transparency through effective communication of progress, risks, and outcomes.

Drive

Agile maturity and adoption across the organization. Facilitate conflict resolution and encourage a culture of teamwork and accountability. Metrics &

- Reporting Track and analyze Agile metrics such as: Velocity Burn-down/Burn-up Charts Lead Time Cycle Time Sprint Predictability Release Readiness Provide actionable insights to improve team effectiveness and delivery outcomes.

Skill Set

- Scrum Expertise Strong expertise in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Protected.



Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving Agile best practices. Ability to coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and delivery excellence.

Experience managing multiple Agile teams in a complex enterprise setting. Delivery &

- Program Management Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Experience managing dependencies, risks, issues, and release planning across cross-functional teams. Ability to drive predictable delivery and improve team performance through Agile metrics.

Experience supporting Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud, or Platform teams.

Stakeholder Management

Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Strong ability to influence stakeholders across business and technology organizations.

Experience working with senior leadership to communicate delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans. Proven conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities.

Agile

Tools &

- Metrics Hands-on experience with: Jira Azure DevOps Confluence Miro Rally (preferred) Expertise in Agile reporting and metrics: Velocity Burn-down/Burn-up Charts Cycle Time Lead Time Sprint Predictability Team Capacity Planning Leadership &
- Coaching Solid servant leadership mindset. Ability to mentor and develop high-performing Agile teams.

Experience driving Agile transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and team-building skills.

Preferred Skills Experience working in Data Platforms, Cloud Platforms, AI/ML, or Digital Transformation programs. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD practices, and Engineering Excellence frameworks.

Experience in enterprise-scale Agile delivery environments. Familiarity with Product Operating Models and value-stream-based delivery.

Certifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Skilled Scrum Master (PSM) SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Agilist (Preferred) PMI-ACP (Preferred) Agile Coaching Certification (Nice to Have)
