Order Placement: Order to Cash cycle

· Initiate and manage the procurement process for goods and services as per the requirements.

· Collaborate with various users to understand their procurement needs and specifications.

Material Follow-up:

· Monitor the status of purchase orders and track the progress of materials or services being procured.

· Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and address any delays or issues that may arise.

Inventory Management:

· Collaborate with the branch inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

· Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess or obsolete stock.

COGS Reduction:

· Analyse cost structures and identify opportunities for reducing the Cost of Goods Sold.

· Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service levels.

Vendor Reconciliation:

· Regularly reconcile vendor accounts and statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster effective communication and collaboration.





Key Skills and Competencies:

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

· Good Excel and power point skills.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in handling procurement-related documentation.

· Knowledge of supply chain management principles.

· Proficient in using procurement software and tools.

· Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.

· Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

· Keep abreast of changes in regulations and compliance standards related to procurement.

· Willingness to travel if required for vendor meetings or inspections.
