The School Counselor supports students’ academic, social-emotional, and career development. This role involves providing individual and group counseling, collaborating with teachers and families, and implementing comprehensive counseling programs that promote student success and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students on academic, behavioral, social, and emotional concerns
- Develop intervention plans and make referrals to outside services when necessary
- Maintain accurate student records and counseling documentation
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate counseling programs and student outcome.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
- Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's & Master’s degree in psychology.
- Knowledge of child and adolescent development.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- School Experience required.
- Proficiency in English communcication required.
