Role Overview

We are looking for experienced SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) Consultants to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing SAP TRM solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

The role is suitable for professionals with strong experience across SAP TRM implementation, configuration, integration, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on end-to-end SAP TRM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP TRM functional solutions.
- Configure SAP TRM components based on business requirements.
- Work on Treasury Management, Transaction Manager, and related treasury processes.
- Configure and support financial transactions, products, and transaction types.
- Work on Money Market, Foreign Exchange (FX), Securities, and Derivatives processes.
- Configure and support Market Risk Management processes.
- Work with Position Management, valuation, accounting, and financial reporting requirements.
- Configure integration between SAP TRM and SAP FI/CO, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and other SAP modules.
- Work on Bank Account Management, Cash Management, and liquidity-related integration where applicable.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Design and document functional solutions, configuration, and process flows.
- Perform configuration, unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Support data migration, cutover activities, and go-live.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with technical teams for development of reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Work closely with business users, finance teams, developers, and other SAP functional consultants.




- Provide knowledge transfer and mentor junior consultants.

Required Skills

- 6–18 years of overall SAP experience with solid hands-on experience in SAP TRM.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Treasury processes and configurations.
- Experience in one or more SAP TRM areas:

- Transaction Manager

- Money Market

- Foreign Exchange (FX)

- Securities

- Derivatives

- Market Risk

- Position Management

- Treasury Accounting
- Strong understanding of SAP FI integration with TRM.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial instruments.
- Experience in SAP TRM configuration and troubleshooting.
- Ability to independently analyze requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Strong experience in testing, documentation, and production support.

Good to Have

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Treasury.
- Knowledge of SAP Cash Management and Bank Account Management.
- Experience with SAP Fiori-based Treasury applications.
- Exposure to SAP Treasury integration with external banking systems.
- Experience in implementation and global rollout projects.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
- Experience leading TRM workstreams or small teams for senior-level positions.

Senior / Lead Consultant Responsibilities Candidates with 10+ years of experience should ideally have:

- Experience leading SAP TRM workstreams.
- Ability to own TRM solution design and architecture for complex requirements.
- Experience conducting requirement workshops with business stakeholders.
- Ability to review functional specifications and guide development teams.
- Experience managing offshore/onshore teams and project deliverables.
- Strong understanding of integration across TRM, FI, Cash Management, and other SAP modules.

Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who are hands-on, strong in SAP TRM configuration, and capable of working independently with business stakeholders. Candidates with experience in SAP S/4HANA Treasury implementations and end-to-end project delivery will be preferred.
