? Hiring: SAP TM Lead | SAP Transportation Management

? Location: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh

? Work Mode: 100% Onsite – Client Location

? Experience: 6+ Years

We are looking for an experienced SAP TM Lead to join a client-facing project in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) and experience in designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting transportation management solutions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (SAP TM) solutions.
- Work on end-to-end transportation planning and freight management processes.
- Handle freight settlement, carrier collaboration, shipment execution , and logistics network optimization.
- Work closely with SAP EWM, SD, MM, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Prepare Transportation Solution Design Documents and functional specifications.
- Define and document Transportation Planning & Freight Management solutions.
- Configure and support Freight Settlement processes.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and UAT documentation .
- Support master data and migration strategies .
- Prepare and execute cutover and go-live plans .
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for business and support teams.

? Must-Have
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP TM / Transportation Management .
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM .
- Robust understanding of transportation planning, freight management, and freight settlement.
- Experience preparing functional/design documentation, test scripts, UAT, migration, cutover, and go-live plans.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional SAP teams.
