Roles & Responsibilities:

- Support SAP SD and SAP TM processes across Quote to Cash and logistics operations
- Analyze and resolve production issues impacting order processing, transportation, and related integrations
- Work on functional configurations and process alignment across SAP SD, TM, and LE
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to troubleshoot interface and integration issues
- Provide ongoing support for incident resolution and operational stability

Experience:

- 5 to 9 years of relevant SAP functional experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD and SAP Transportation Management
- Working knowledge of logistics and LE processes in SAP environments
- Proven integration experience across SAP modules and connected systems
- Experience supporting production environments and resolving functional issues

Valuable to Have:

- Experience with O2C processes
- Incident Management exposure

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
