Hiring: PLM Functional Architect

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 10+ Years

We are looking for an experienced PLM Functional Architect to lead and drive Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives across enterprise programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end PLM implementations and transformation programs

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions

Design scalable PLM architectures aligned with business goals

Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors

Drive integration of PLM with ERP systems (SAP), CAD tools, and other enterprise applications

Ensure best practices, governance, and standardization across PLM processes

Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities

Required Skills





Solid experience in PLM tools such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, or Dassault ENOVIA

Deep understanding of product lifecycle processes (engineering, manufacturing, change management, BOM management)

Experience in integration with ERP systems (preferably SAP)

Strong functional knowledge and solution design capabilities

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience in Agile/Waterfall project methodologies

Good to Have

Exposure to SAP PLM / S/4HANA integration

Knowledge of CAD integrations and digital thread concepts
