We are looking for an experienced and motivated Aesthetic Center Head to oversee the day-to-day operations of our aesthetic center, ensure excellent client experience, manage the team, and drive center growth.

Key Responsibilities - Manage and supervise the daily operations of the aesthetic center.
Lead, motivate, and coordinate doctors, therapists, front-office staff, and other team members.
Ensure smooth appointment scheduling and efficient client flow.
Handle client consultations, queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Monitor treatment quality, service standards, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Support the team in achieving monthly revenue and business targets.
Monitor sales, follow-ups, package conversions, and client retention.
Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure proper treatment planning and execution.
Maintain daily operational reports, staff attendance, sales, and performance records.




Manage inventory and coordinate timely availability of consumables and products.
Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
Ensure the center maintains a professional, welcoming, and premium environment.

Requirements - 1–2 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, cosmetology center, or beauty/wellness industry.
Solid team management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of aesthetic treatments and clinic operations.
Customer-service oriented with a professional personality.
Ability to handle sales targets and team performance.
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
Candidates with experience in Aesthetic / Dermatology / Cosmetology centers will be preferred.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
