Role & responsibilities

- Handle SAP MM/PP transactions related to production order processing, material transactions, production confirmation, and reporting.

- Ensure accurate and timely SAP data entry for material and production-related activities.

- Coordinate with the Production and Stores teams to ensure smooth material movement and error-free data entry.

- Monitor and validate production and material transaction entries in SAP.

- Prepare monthly production and dispatch reports.

- Reconcile and verify production and material-related data before preparing reports.

- Support day-to-day SAP MM/PP activities and resolve data-entry-related issues in coordination with relevant teams.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company processes and procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

- Hands-on experience in SAP MM; knowledge of SAP PP is preferred.

- Familiarity with relevant SAP MM/PP transaction codes.

- Good understanding of material transactions and production processes.

- Experience in production data entry and reporting.

- Good coordination skills with Production and Stores teams.

- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel for preparing reports.
