Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP SD solutions.

- Configure and customize SAP SD processes based on business requirements.

- Handle key SD processes including:

- Order-to-Cash (O2C)

- Sales Order Management

- Pricing and Conditions

- Delivery and Shipping

- Billing and Invoicing

- Customer Master and Partner Determination

- Credit Management

- Returns and Complaint Processing

- Intercompany and Third-Party Sales

- Provide functional expertise and troubleshoot complex SAP SD issues.

- Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and integrations.

- Manage integration of SAP SD with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM and other relevant modules.

- Lead requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.

- Manage SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production deployment.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior SAP SD consultants.

- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and project teams.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.

- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, process flows, and other project documentation.

- Participate in project planning, estimation, risk identification, and status reporting.

- Ensure adherence to project standards, methodologies, and quality processes.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of overall SAP experience,



with robust hands-on experience in SAP SD.

- Strong expertise in SAP SD module configuration and business processes.

- Proven experience in SAP SD implementation and production support.

- Strong understanding of the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.

- Experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, troubleshooting, and solution design.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to independently handle complex functional issues.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams.

- Strong documentation and analytical skills.

- Experience in testing, UAT, defect management, and production support.

- Good understanding of integration between SD and other SAP modules.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- Experience in SAP SD migration, rollout, or upgrade projects.

- Knowledge of SD-related integrations and interfaces.

- Experience working in Agile/Waterfall project environments.

- SAP certification in SD/S/4HANA is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
