Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Archiving Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Data Archiving and hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA environments. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting data archiving strategies, data volume management, retention, compliance, and archiving-related technical activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support data archiving strategies in SAP S/4HANA.
- Configure and manage archiving using SARA and S/4HANA-compatible archiving objects.
- Work with SAP HANA database environments.
- Configure and manage SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM).
- Configure Infostructures and create ZARIX tables/partitions based on archive-date estimates.
- Create and maintain LSMW recordings based on Excel runbooks to build jobs and variants.
- Work with DART (Data Retention Tool) for audit-support extracts.
- Evaluate table usage for avoidance, purging, and deletion.
- Handle AIF Data Archiving.
- Support Data Volume Management (DVM)

- Collaborate with functional teams on data retention and compliance requirements.
- Analyze large data volumes and define effective archiving strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve archiving-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of SAP experience.
- Strong experience in SAP Data Archiving.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Solid knowledge of SARA.
- Exposure to SAP HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP ILM.
- Experience with DART, LSMW, AIF Data Archiving, and DVM.
- Knowledge of content repositories and document archiving.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates based in or willing to work from Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
