- Proficiency in NeoLoad: Extensive experience with the Tricentis NeoLoad performance testing tool.n
- Performance Testing Concepts: Solid understanding of performance engineering, load testing methodologies, and performance metrics.n
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and architects to understand non-functional requirements and define performance testing objectives and strategies.n
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with web technologies, client-server architecture, API testing, and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.n
- Execution: Executing various types of performance tests, including load, stress, endurance, and capacity testing.n
- Problem-Solving:



Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills to pinpoint and resolve complex performance issues.n
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management and reporting.n

- Experience with other performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.n
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, and experience testing cloud-native applications.n
- Experience with testing specific enterprise applications such as Oracle Fusion, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, etc.n
- Relevant certifications such as Certified NeoLoad Professional.n
- CI/CD Integration: Experience integrating performance testing into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.n
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab to automate performance testing processes.n
- Scripting Skills: Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript for developing advanced test cases is beneficial.n
