Salon Manager – Studio11 Family Salon, Banaswadi We are looking for an experienced and responsible Salon Manager to independently manage the day-to-day operations of our salon and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be strong in team management, customer handling, sales, service consultation and salon operations , with a proven ability to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities: Take complete ownership of daily salon operations and revenue. Drive monthly sales and achieve assigned revenue targets. Manage, motivate and monitor the performance of all salon staff.

Allocate appointments and staff efficiently to maximise salon capacity. Ensure every customer receives professional consultation and excellent service. Drive service upgrades, add-ons, packages and repeat bookings.

Follow up on enquiries, missed appointments and potential customers. Ensure proper customer rebooking and retention. Monitor daily sales, average bill value, staff-wise performance and conversion. Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, service quality and customer experience.

Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly. Ensure proper inventory control and minimise product wastage. Ensure all salon SOPs, billing and operational procedures are followed.





Conduct regular staff training, coaching and performance reviews. Coordinate with the owner on sales, staffing, marketing and operational requirements.

Monitor

Google reviews and encourage genuine customer feedback. Prepare and share daily/weekly performance updates with the owner.

Performance Expectations: Achieve monthly revenue targets. Improve average customer bill value. Increase repeat bookings and customer retention. Improve enquiry-to-booking conversion. Improve staff productivity and service sales. Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and salon standards.

Candidate Profile: 2+ years of experience managing a salon/spa/beauty business preferred. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Strong sales and team-management ability. Should be comfortable working with targets and performance metrics. Should be proactive, responsible and capable of taking independent decisions.

Experience with salon management/CRM software is an advantage.
