Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using AccelQ Automation for Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
- Develop and execute manual tests to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Troubleshoot issues related to salesforce testing, including defect tracking and resolution.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in QA engineering with expertise in automation testing using AccelQ Automation.
- Solid understanding of Service Cloud architecture and its components (e.g., Chatter, LWC).
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in developing complex SQL queries for data analysis.
