About the Role
n Performance Guru works with premium brands and real estate developers to create AI-generated video content that is indistinguishable from high-end traditional production. We already have the technical execution covered — AI video editors who can generate, stitch, and composite footage. What we need is someone to own the creative vision behind every piece of content: what we show, how we show it, when we cut, and what it feels like.
nThis is a direction role. You will be the person who looks at a raw AI video draft and says "the pacing is wrong here," "this needs a slower push-in," "the music should build here, not there," or "we need to open on the facade at golden hour, not the lobby." You think like a film director and a brand strategist at once.

- Visual storytelling — defining the narrative arc of every video: what story a 30-second property walkthrough or brand film is actually telling, not just what it showsn
- Shot direction — specifying camera movement, framing, angles,



and sequencing for AI-generated shots (drone reveals, interior push-ins, lifestyle cutaways, hero shots)n
- Pacing & transitions — deciding cut timing, transition style, and rhythm so videos feel cinematic rather than assembledn
- Sound & music direction — selecting or briefing music, sound design, and how audio should sync to visual beatsn
- Creative briefs — translating a client's brand positioning (luxury, minimalist, aspirational, heritage, etc.) into a concrete shot list and mood direction for the production teamn
- Quality control — reviewing AI-generated drafts against your creative brief and giving specific, actionable direction for revisionsn
- Reference building — maintaining a library of cinematographic references (real estate cinematography, luxury brand films, top commercial directors) to brief againstn
