- Pre-Sales Advocate (Freshers Eligible)

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Pre-Sales Advocates. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, technology, and customer interaction. You will engage with customers through phone and chat, understand their needs, recommend suitable Microsoft products and solutions, and help them make informed purchase decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

- Talk to customers through calls and chat.

- Explain product features and perks in a simple way.
- Help customers make purchase decisions.
- Answer customer questions and provide a great experience.
- Follow up with interested customers when required.
- Update customer details in the system.
- Work towards achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
