ABOUT US:

Classic Tour is a Mumbai-based Hajj & Umrah Tour Operator. We provide high-quality leads daily. We need a PROVEN CLOSER, not a beginner.

JOB ROLE: Senior Sales Executive - Hajj & Umrah Packages

SALARY DETAILS:

- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
- Attractive Incentives: as Per Package Closing
- On-Target Earning: ₹40,000 - ₹55,000 per month
- Bonus for achieving monthly targets

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Call and follow up on 50-60 fresh leads daily provided by company
- Tight follow-up via Call, WhatsApp, Voice Notes until lead converts
- Convert inquiries into Advance Payment within 24-48 hours
- Explain Packages clearly - Economy, Deluxe, 5 Star, Hotels (Makkah/Medina), Flights, Visa, Ziyarat
- Handle price objections and close deals
- Update all calls and status in CRM daily - No lead leakage
- Achieve monthly target of 20-30 package closures

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS - DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE THIS:

- Minimum 5+ Years Experience in Selling Hajj & Umrah Packages Only (Tour & Travels)
- Must have closed minimum 10 packages in last 3 months (We will verify)




- Expert in Lead Closing & Tight Follow-up - You don't leave lead until payment
- Must know Mumbai Hajj Umrah market, competitors, hotels, airlines
- Excellent Communication: Hindi, Urdu, English is Must
- Must be comfortable with CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business
- Currently in Mumbai and can join Immediately at Jogeshwari West Office

PREFERRED:

- Existing database of old Hajj/Umrah customers
- Experience working in a known Tour Operator in Mumbai/Maharashtra
