We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our garden store team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will assist walk-in customers, provide basic information on plant care, Pots selection, maintain the showroom display, and drive daily retail sales.

- Employment Type: Full time, On-site
- Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
- Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Working Hours: Standard retail shift hours (6-day work week, including weekends)

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Assistance: Greet walk-in customers, understand their gardening requirements, and guide them to the right plants, pots, seeds, or tools.
- Product Knowledge: Explain the basics of plant care, watering requirements, and appropriate soil mixes or fertilizers for Coimbatore's local climate.
- Showroom Maintenance: Keep the indoor and outdoor display areas clean, orderly, and well-organized.
- Stock & Plant Care: Monitor plant health daily (watering, weeding, pruning) and coordinate with the inventory team to restock shelves.
- Billing & Point of Sale (POS):



Handle the cash counter, generate invoices, accept digital payments (UPI/Cards), and maintain daily sales records.
- Targets: Achieve individual daily and weekly retail sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Any Graduate.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in retail showrooms, counter sales, or customer service. Freshers with a passion for gardening are most welcome.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Tamil is mandatory for interacting with local customers. Basic English or Hindi or Malayalam is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, polite, and confident communication with a sales-driven approach.
- Physical Stamina: Comfort working in both indoor and shaded outdoor greenhouse environments; physical ability to handle light movement of pots and nursery items.
