Your work: Visit 25–35 electrical/hardware counters daily on a fixed beat Book orders, place recent products, maintain displays and scheme visibility Collect payments on your route and keep outstanding under control Meet monthly targets and earn incentives every month Work jointly with the company TSO on electrician meets and market activities Who should apply: 1–3+ years as DSR/salesman with an electrical, hardware or FMCG distributor Knows the retail counters of [territory/main markets] — existing relationships are a big advantage Own two-wheeler with valid licence, smartphone 12th pass or above, honest with cash handling, hungry for incentives
