Role Description The Sales Marketing Engineer (Electrical Background Only) will be responsible for promoting and selling electrical products and solutions to clients in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This full-time, on-site role involves conducting market research, identifying potential customers, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and presenting product features and advantages to prospective clients.

The role includes regular client visits, follow-ups on inquiries, negotiation of terms, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

The Sales Marketing

Engineer will also support marketing campaigns, maintain sales documentation and reports, and provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements to help refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to interpret technical and market data.




- Experience in market research and understanding of competitive landscape in electrical or related sectors.
- Strong communication skills, including clear technical explanation and professional client interaction.
- Proven sales skills with a track record in meeting targets and building client relationships.
- Marketing skills, including participation in campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning activities.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of electrical products, systems, and applications relevant to industrial and commercial clients.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and travel locally as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and customer management.
- Prior experience in technical sales or sales engineering is preferred.
