Role Description The Sales Manager role at Trujet Printing Inks is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai.

The Sales

Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day activities include identifying prospects, conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing quotations, and negotiating pricing and contracts. The role also involves collaborating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, handling customer feedback and issue resolution, and preparing regular sales reports and market analyses.

The Sales

Manager will contribute to sales strategies, participate in trade events or client visits as needed, and maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM or sales tracking systems.

Qualifications

- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in printing and packaging, or related industrial products.




- Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing sales.
- Ability to conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and develop sales strategies.
- Proficiency in basic business software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai and nearby regions for client visits and business development.
